Cardio Kickboxing

Our proven Kickboxing program can help you feel more energized while helping you get into better shape, relieve stress, and more alert. Kickboxing can also empower you by giving you the confidence in knowing you could defend yourself or your family if necessary.

This class focuses on the fitness, technique, and conditioning aspect of Thai Boxing. It combines high intensity training drills, calisthenics, and pad drills. Students will learn to punch, elbow, clinch, knee, and kick. This provides a challenging workout and at the same time develops functional self defense.

One of the hardest parts of martial arts is starting your first class. Some people are worried to try martial arts for fear they will get hurt. That's why we teach every class in the safest manner possible. Since we work with students from all walks of life daily, we have developed an intelligent and respectful approach to training. Our environment is non-competitive, safe and challenging. Perfect for the adult seeking a fun and challenging workout.

Boxing

Known as “The Sweet Science”,  Is one of the oldest forms of Martial Art known to man! It is a natural movement for people to swing their arms when defending themselves, the art of boxing takes that natural reaction and refines it making it into one of the most effective martial arts on the planet.  American Top Team is known for its expectional  boxing skills incorparting it into our muay thai as well as our MMA.  our boxing program will improve both your offensive and defensive punching skills through a series of drills. You will incorporate the heavy bag, upper cut box, shadow boxing, and focus mitts to achieve these goals.

One-on-One Boxing
Work one-on-one with one of  Long Islands elite boxing trainers to round out your workout routine or train for local competition. American Top Team offers these personalized sessions to focus on your physical goals, strength-training and if applicable competitive preparation.

Small Group Boxing
Small Group Boxing offers traditional target training, mitt work, jump rope and sparring at varied levels of athletic ability. Individuals are grouped according to experience and trained through a fighting routine designed and administered by a professional instructor

The diffrence bewteen a person who knows how to box and person that dosent isnt what you may first think.  When anyone thinks of boxing they think of one thing first, Puching! But boxing is way more then that, and boxings effectiveness dosent come from the puching but from the footwork and blocking! Anyone can throw a bunch, but at American Top Team we will show you how to move quickly around an opponant and block and dodge punches so you can land a prescion blow on your opponant!

ATTENTION!

American Top Team of Franklin Square has a well developed Boxing program of classes so unlike a tradtional boxing gym that just allows you to hit the bag by yourself or pay thousands of dollars for a trainer, you will get excellent boxing instruction and technique while paticipating in an intense workout.  And with extended gym hours you can come in anytime to get extra training in at our 5,000 sq ft facility!
